Bench Goes Green

A lot of local supermarket giants like SM and Robinson have launched their own way of promoting less plastic movement by charging the consumers for the plastic used every Wednesday.

In line with this, the popular brand Bench has launched their Greenday Wednesday.  Every Wednesday, you must bring your own bag or be charged for the plastic used.

I do hope that more and more business establishments will follow the same so we can, one way or another, help Mother Earth. After all, this is for our own and the coming generations.

Tree Planting Program

More and more companies are adapting a tree planting program to help Mother Earth.

For instance, the Aboitiz Group of Companies has committed to plant a million trees last year and they recently planted around 27,825 seedlings all through out the country.

Hope other companies would follow to offset carbon emissions.

This is of course for all our children and the future generations to come!
